Chargeback & Representment Summary Report
The Chargeback & Representment Summary Report provides the merchant with a summary of all chargebacks, representments, and other post-settlement exceptions. The summary is organized by the method of payment and exception type, which enables the merchant to resolve the chargebacks with their general ledger. .
This report was moved in July 2016. You can now find the data in the Analytics screen in the new Business Center. See
