Create Agreement Service

The payPalCreateAgreementService service:

■	Creates a billing agreement.

■	Returns a billing agreement ID.

Before calling payPalCreateAgreementService:

■	You must call payPalEcSetService for the amount of $0.

■	The billing agreement status returned by the payPalEcGetDetailsService service must indicate that the customer accepted the billing agreement.

When you request payPalCreateAgreementService, you must include the following fields in the request:

■	payPalCreateAgreementService_run

■	payPalCreateAgreementService_paypalToken

■	payPalCreateAgreementService_paypalEcSetRequestID

■	payPalCreateAgreementService_paypalEcSetRequestToken

■	merchantID

■	merchantReferenceCode
