Enabling Reporting Permissions Only administrator users can enable reporting permissions for other users. By default, administrators have report download and create permissions. To enable report permissions: Step 1 Click User Management > Manage User. Step 2 Click the edit icon next to the user you want to give reporting permissions to. Step 3 From the role drop-down menu, select Custom. Step 4 Under Report Settings you can select View, Edit, and Download. Select the permissions that are correct for your specific user. ● View: Enables the user to see the Dashboards tab and all the information associated with it. ● Edit: Enables the user to create and edit detail report subscriptions and the information included in those reports. ● Download: Enables the user to download the information from the detail reports in a CSV or XML format.
