Chargeback & Representment Details
The Chargeback & Representment Details report lists all chargeback and representment events that occurred for a merchant entity for one specific date. The report also shows other exceptions that are part of the chargeback management process (pre-arbitration, arbitration, compliance, good faith collection). The report defaults to the most current day for which information is available.

Interpreting Result Messages
All requests return the status code 200. If a system error occurs, you receive the HTTP error code 503 (Service unavailable). If your query contains an error, the body mime type is text/plain, and the body of the message contains one of the following messages:
